The renown builder, S&S construction, built Village Estates 2 in the later part of the 1970's. Located south of Westminster Boulevard and east of Bolsa Chica Road, these two small enclaves of distinctive homes are uniquely recognizable by mostly red concrete tile roofs and three-car garages. This prime subdivision consists of six floorplans, two single story plans and four two and tri-level floorplans.
